![]() OVERVIEW Clients value relevant feedback! Especially when it comes from their peers: other senior executives, field and mid-level management, key producers, marketing, pre and post sales, customer service, and client account managers. This is precisely why clients place credibility in the constraints assessment. The "data" comes from your own people! HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOULD WE PUT THROUGH THE ASSESSMENT? Good question! Clients vary on this. Some put their key senior management through the assessment; especially those in charge of growing the business, plus a hand-full of key producers and field-level managers respected by the majority of the sales/business development organization. This can mean anywhere between 10 - 50 or more participants depending on the size of the field organization, and revenues of the business. Other clients feel the assessment results will be even more accurate and valuable—providing actionable data, by opening it up to include a significant portion of, or the entire field organization and respective regional or client account managers. They feel they need to capture the responses and feedback "from the street". Those that go "toe-to-toe" on a daily basis with clients and prospects, in order to have an accurate picture of what is impeding and slowing the companies overall growth and forward progress. They believe gaining this additional perspective from a broader footprint of business developers and field managers (from various departments) will help better assess where the real blockades to growth are, inside their company. Therefore, the correct answer is "it depends" on your perspective for what you believe will provide you and your leadership team with the most accurate picture of the constraints impacting your organizations forward progress. WHAT ARE THE FEES INVOLVED? Fees for the Constraints Assessment are based on three things, in the majority of situations:
For an approximate fee estimate of what the Constraints Assessment would be for your organization, please be prepared to provide us your criteria, then email Accelerant's Office Manager, Christine Krason at ckrason@accelerantinternational.com. to schedule a brief conference call with an Accelerant Principle who can quote a range based on your criteria. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERABLES? WHAT DO WE GET? Basically, a summarized report. A synthesis of data (in lay-mans terms) based on the individual constraint assessments, revealing the primary constraints impeding your growth, according to the feedback provided by your own people. In addition, you would receive specific "next-step" recommendations on the relevant Accelerants that can address and mitigate the constraints revealed from the assessment. Clients can then proceed on their own, or engage Accelerant to deliver the suggested client recommendations. HOW LONG DOES THE ASSESSMENT TAKE TO COMPLETE? A good baseline to use would be 3-5 hours for each participant, which they can complete on their own time, or during the workday; whatever you stipulate for those involved. HOW DO WE BEGIN? By scheduling a conference call with an Accelerant Principle to discuss the specifics, so you can gain a fee-based quote for your organization. For scheduling efficiency, please provide four options that would work for you, so the call can be scheduled efficiently. |
